In March 2025, Fuzja was honored with two prestigious MIPIM Awards in the categories: Best Urban Regeneration Project and Special Jury Award. The international jury recognized the scale of the project, its architectural quality, and its social value – Fuzja is a prime example of a modern “15-minute city”, featuring 22 buildings (including 15 heritage sites) that create a vibrant, high-quality urban space.
